  • Why can't I LOG IN?
  • My Insider requires me to enter a Username and Password to log on. But when I enter them I can’t log on.
    If this is your first time using My Insider, you will need to set up your account. Click the Register Button, Register on the log-in screen or CLICK HERE.
    If you have already created an account on My Insider and have forgotten your username or password, follow the links on the log-on page or CLICK HERE to Recover Your Username or CLICK HERE to Recover Your Password.

  • A message appeared on my screen stating that I needed to ENABLE COOKIES, do I really need cookies?
  • My Insider requires you to have Cookies enabled.

  • I do not know or lost my PLAYERS CARD, can you email me my number?
  • To ensure that our players’ information is kept secure, we do not e-mail Players Card numbers. If you need a replacement Players Card, please stop by the Players Club with your valid photo ID on your next visit and we’ll be happy to issue you one.
    Your Players Card number can be found on your on any piece of mail or email you may have received from Island View Casino Resort either on the mailing panel above your address or printed on your offers or just next to your name.

  • Can NON-PLAYERS CLUB MEMBERS register for My Insider?
  • Yes, however you will not have access to the full benefits offered through the site. My Insider is an exclusive site, available only to Island View Players Club members. To view your special offers and to receive the full benefits of being an Insider, you must enter your Players Card Number. If you are not a member, stop by our Players Club with valid photo ID the next time you visit us and we’ll issue you a Players Card. Membership is free.

  • How can I CHANGE my PASSWORD?
  • You can change your password under the “My Account” tab on the Account Information page.

  • How do I get a WIN/LOSS statement?
  • Win/Loss statements are available on the far right menu option under your name.
