Q: What is the tier program qualification period?
A: For your convenience, we offer a 6 month qualifying period. January 1 through July 7 and July 1 through January 7.
Q: What are tier credits?
A: Tier credits are used to track your tier status. Tier credits have no cash, comp or slot view play value.
Q: How do I earn tier credits?
A: Tier credits are earned based on your slot and/or table games play. 4 earned slot point = 1 tier credit and 1 hour of table play at a $10 average bet = 30 tier credits. Tier credit balances can be viewed online at MyInsider.com, at any promotional kiosk or by simply visiting the Player's Club.
Q: Do tier credits expire?
A: Yes, existing tier credits expire at the end of each qualifying period: July 7 & January 7.
Q: What are the Island View Insider tier levels?
A: Insider, Insider Plus, Insider Ultimate, Insider Select and the invitation-only VCard.
Q: Who can earn tier status?
A: All guests enrolled in the Island View Insider Player's Club are eligible for tier advancements based on play. Advanced levels include: Insider Plus, Insider Ultimate, Insider Select and VCard.
Q: What type of rewards will I receive when I advance tier levels?
A: In addition to a tier achievement offer, each tier level is associated with its own exclusive set of special benefits and privileges. A complete listing is available at the Island View Insider Player's Club and MyInsider.com.
Q: What are first time tier achievement and renewal offers?
A: The first time tier achievement offer is awarded based on achieving a greater tier status during a qualifying period. Renewal offers are awarded during the qualification period once you re-qualify at your current status. Both offers are redeemable at any promotional kiosk.
Q: What are kick start tier credits?
A: Kick start tier credits are awarded at the beginning of a new qualifying period based on the tier level status obtained during the previous qualifying period.

Q: What are Milestone Rewards?
A: Milestone rewards are special bonuses based on your current tier credit balance.
Q: Can I convert tier credits into Slot View Play?
A: No - Tier credits are not redeemable for cash, comps or slot view play.
Q: How do I keep up with my tier status?
A: You can view your current tier status, expiration date and number of tier credits required to achieve the next tier level at MyInsider.com., any of the promotional kiosks, or at Island View Insider Player's Club desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, you'll be notified once you've achieved the next level.
Q: Do point multipliers or point bonuses count towards tier advancement?
A: Tier credits are not earned on point multipliers and other promotional point bonuses. Only earned points calculate towards achieved tier status.
Q: How do I become an Insider Plus cardholder?
A: Simply accumulate 1,300 tier credits within a 6-month qualification period.
Q: How do I become an Insider Ultimate cardholder?
A: Simply accumulate 3,500 tier credits within a 6-month qualification period.
Q: How do I become an Insider Select cardholder?
A: Simply accumulate 13,000 tier credits within a 6-month qualification period.
Q: How do I become a VCard holder?
A: The VCard members must earn a minimum of 35,000 tier credits within a 6-month qualification period.
Q: How do I obtain a new player's card once I achieve a new tier level status?
A: You will be notified each time you achieve a new tier status. At that time, you will be able to visit the Island View Insider Player's Club, present your valid photo ID and an associate will gladly issue you a new card.
Q: How do I access tier benefits?
A: Most tier benefits are available automatically. To access other benefits, simply present your Island View player's card and valid ID at the time of transaction to an Island View associate.
Q: I don’t understand the expiration date and renewal process.
A: Once you’ve earned the number of tier credits required, you will advance to that tier level and maintain that status during the current qualifying period, as well as through the next qualifying period. Additionally, every Tier Credit qualifying period is extended by one week. This means that not only do you get an extra week of benefits, but you also receive an extra week of earning at the beginning and end of each qualifying period.
Q: When can I begin earning tier credits?
A: Tier credits are earned immediately.
Q: How do I access my free rounds of golf at Windance Country Club?
A: Each calendar month, Ultimate, Select and VCard members may enjoy free rounds of golf at Windance Country Club. Ultimate level receives 2 free rounds per month, Select members receive 4 rounds per month, while VCard members receive 6 free rounds per month. Simply present your Island View player's card and valid photo ID at the pro-shop prior to payment. Unused rounds are voided each month. Additional rounds of golf may be purchased at a special discount of $35, but are limited to 2 rounds per day.
Q: How do I access discounts at the Island View Casino gift shop, Blue Shell Spa or Windance Country Club?
A: Based on each tier level, members may enjoy discounts at the rates posted on the tier benefit charts. Simply present your player’s club card and valid ID prior to purchase. Discounts apply to qualified cash purchases only and must be paid in full at the time of transaction. Tier discount purchases may not be charged to a hotel room. Excludes alcohol and all sundries including tobacco products. May not be used in conjunction with any other offer, special pricing or markdowns.
